You remember a time in college when you were given a deadline which you think always seemed too far anyway? Then you spent a lot of time having fun and always viewed this deadline as something which is not bound to arrive soon. You never did one chunk of work and then you just woke up one day realizing that, in fact, the deadline is simply ONE DAY AWAY.
Having to experience all of the stress just by cramming is bad for your adrenal fatigue nutrition. You will experience sleepless nights, and headaches and feeling not productive during the day because of the time spend in the evening to finish it. Studies show that students who cram have lower GPAs that those who didn’t. And it could really trigger an illness that comes with bad nutrition.
This is really bad for your adrenal fatigue nutrition. The thing is, even when you feel “relaxed” during the past few days. You just felt that stress wholesale, and at this time, you might need a serious dose of adrenal fatigue supplements. Such all night sessions outweigh the benefits that you got.
You have to prioritize! Having to cram and finish the job while your health is affected isn’t worth it. Your health is the most important factor that keeps you going.
The next time the deadline is fast approaching, you won’t stress yourself out worrying about when to finish it. Do it ahead and finish it in time effortlessly. I’m not preaching, am I?
